CHERRY TRUFFLE
 

1 angel food cake
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 can cherry pie filling
3 oz. raspberry or cherry Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, not drained
3 bananas
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. sugar

Combine pineapple, sugar, cornstarch and heat until thickened. Add Jello (no water). Cool. Add bananas, pecans, and pie filling. Prepare pudding following directions. Add almond flavoring. In very large bowl layer: cake (in torn pieces) pudding, cherry mix and Cool Whip. Repeat, ending with Cool Whip.
