TRIFLE DESSERT
 

1 pkg. plain ladyfingers (raspberry jam)
2 tbsp. sherry
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla or coconut pudding (to be cooked)
1/2 - 1 c. cut up fruit (suggestions: Kiwi, cherries, strawberries, well
drained mandarin oranges)
1 - 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds

Line a bowl with split Lady Fingers spread with raspberry jam. Drizzle sherry over ladyfingers. Pour cooked coconut vanilla pudding into bowl over ladyfingers. Layer with fruit (like kiwi), if desired. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds. Serve well, chilled.
