2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Sm. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sm. marshmallows

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows. Cook to 230 degrees. Remove and put small marshmallows in and stir until marshmallows melt.
