MACAROON CUSTARD TARTS
 

6 baked 3" tart shells
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. cookie crumbs
Mandarin orange segments
1 1/3 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello Golden Egg Custard mix

Prepare custard with milk following directions on package. Pour into medium size bowl. Set aside in pan of ice water to speed cooling. Stir several times until real cold. Fold in Cool Whip and cookie crumbs. Spoon into tart shells. Chill several hours before serving. Garnish with mandarin orange slices. Makes 6 tarts.
