PECAN TARTS
 

1 cube butter
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. flour
1 or 2 mini tart shell pan

FILLING:

2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter

Mix dough ingredients together and shape dough into a ball. Cover with wax paper and refrigerate 1/2 hour. Mix filling ingredients together and set aside. After refrigeration, shape dough into mini tart shells and add filling ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
