GOLDEN YELLOW CUPCAKES
 

8 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. Swan's Down flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar

First mix in bowl the eggs, sugar, cream of tartar using mixer about 18 minutes. Then turn on oven to 350 degrees. Put in 1 cup of Swan's Down flour and mix all ingredients about 2 minutes or until all mix well blended. Bake about 55 minutes, varies in oven temperatures. Makes about 2 dozen cupcakes.
