3 c. sugar 6 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1-2 tsp. vanilla 2 qts. half and half 1 pt. cream 2 c. milk 6 tsp. lemon juice Separate eggs and beat whites to foamy. Then beat in beaten yolks. Add sugar, salt, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix in half and half and cream. Pour in freezer and finish filling with milk. Can should be just 2/3 full. |
