HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM
 

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Mexican vanilla
Pinch salt
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
1 qt. half and half
1 pt. whipping cream

Break eggs in bowl. Stir lightly with fork. Add sugar slowly. Mixture should be thick. Add canned milk, vanilla and salt. Stir to mix. Place this mixture in 1/2 gallon electric ice cream maker and add half and half and whipping cream. Add ice and salt and make according to directions on maker. Add nectarine pulp. Use ripe nectarines (about 3, place fruit in blender, pour into above mixture and use less half and half).
