4 eggs
9 c. half & half
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients until smooth. Place in ice cream mixer and chill in refrigerator until ready to freeze in ice cream freezer bucket. Use alot of salt in electric or hand turned freezer and ice. Top with all kinds of goodies. Fresh strawberries, chocolate syrup, pineapple, etc.
