HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM
 

2 1/2 qt. milk
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 cans evaporated milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 box instant French vanilla pudding
Pinch of salt

Beat eggs. Add sugar and salt, stir. Mix pudding and evaporated milk in separate bowl. Add to egg mixture. Stir. Add milk and vanilla and stir. Freeze in a 5 quart freezer.
