WALNUT ROLLS

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Eggs for brushing the rolls

Soften butter and mix with flour and cream cheese. Mix by hand until smooth. When still sticky to your hands, add a little amount of flour and knead. Then refrigerate for about half an hour. Remove from refrigerator and divide into 2 portions, form into a ball and flatten. Roll with a rolling pin about 12 inches long and 8 inches wide. Sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and walnuts. Roll up from the 12 inch side. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Brush with beaten egg before baking at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
