MINI - TARTS
 

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Crisco
2 eggs, unbeaten
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Canned pie filling

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in Crisco. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Roll out 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Cut with cookie cutter. Lightly grease mini pans. Insert dough and fill with canned pie filling and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. (A double recipe of dough uses 3 cans of pie filling.)
