Blend 2 packages French vanilla instant pudding with 3 cups milk, add 9 oz. carton Cool Whip.
Place layer of whole graham crackers on bottom of 8x12 inch dish. Add half of pudding mixture, another layer of graham crackers over remaining pudding, ending with layer of crackers on top.
2 tbsp. butter
4 oz. Hershey candy bar
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt together and beat in 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Pour on top of layer of graham crackers.
