1 stick butter 3 oz. cream cheese 1 c. plain flour Mix crust ingredients until absorbed. Divide into 24 small balls. Press into ungreased muffin pans. MIXTURE: 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla Pecan halves or chopped pecans Also will need: Mini muffin pans Beat egg, add sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Put 1 teaspoon into crusts. Top with pecan half or few chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. If cooks too fast, reduce heat to 300 degrees. Run knife around edge and remove while warm. Yield: 24 mini pies. |
