CHOCOLATE ECLAIR--GRAHAM CRACKER
DESSERT
 

2 pkg. instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix instant pudding and milk. Set 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer graham crackers on bottom of pan. Cover with 1/2 of pudding mixture, top with more graham crackers. Cover with other 1/2 of pudding, add another layer of crackers.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 envelopes chocolate
2 tbsp. Karo syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter, softened
3 tbsp. milk

Mix together and cover cracker/pudding mixture. Refrigerate.
