4 eggs 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1 pt. whipping cream 2 cans Eagle Brand milk 1 qt. milk 3 tbsp. mint flavoring 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips that have been tossed in blender Beat in mixer first 4 ingredients. Add whipping cream, Eagle Brand milk, milk and mint flavoring and chocolate chips. Freeze in your ice cream freezer. |
