CHOCOLATE "MOOSE"
 

Preparation time: 15 minutes. Prepare at least 3 hours before serving - needs to be chilled in refrigerator.

1 1/2 c. bittersweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 c. light cream
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp. light rum

Heat cream until just below boiling. Combine cream, chocolate chips, rum and egg yolks in blender. Blend at high speed until chocolate is melted. Chill for at least 3 hours. Serves 4. Excellent dessert; very very rich.
