1/4 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. 10XX sugar

Set aside.

3 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Shake above in container with lid on.

Mix all above ingredients together.

Crush 1 lg. bag of Oreo cookies

Set aside.

Get a clean - NEW flower pot - clay works out nicely. Layer ingredients: 1st - cookie crumbs; then - pudding mixture, cookie crumbs, pudding mixture, etc. Save cookies for last layer.

Decorate tip with silk flowers and serve dessert with a small spade shovel found at any store selling gardening supplies. Can add a gummy worm for a real "dirt" look.
