1 c. half and half
2/3 c. sugar
1 env. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream TOP LAYER: 1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
13 oz. can blueberries in water Heat half and half and sugar. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to hot mixture and stir well. Remove from heat, add vanilla and sour cream. Blend well. Pour into lightly sprayed mold (Pam). Chill until set about 1 hour. Dissolve strawberry Jello into boiling water. Add blueberries and juice. Cool. Pour over cream mixture. Chill until set. |
