1/3 c. chopped walnuts 1/3 c. chopped raw almonds 1/3 c. raw sunflower seeds 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. chopped dates 2 tbsp. oil 1 1/2 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. apple juice concentrate Mix all ingredients well until blended. Spoon onto sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 300 F. for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. 79 calories each. Makes 24 cookies. |
