3 c. vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 75 cookies) 2 c. powdered sugar 1 c. nuts, finely chopped 1/4 c. cocoa 1/2 c. light rum or brandy 1/4 c. light corn syrup Granulated sugar Mix wafers, powdered sugar, nuts and cocoa. Stir in liquor and corn syrup. Shape into balls, roll in granulated sugar. Refrigerate in tightly closed container. Makes about 5 dozen balls. |
