1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 roll Pillsbury chocolate chip cookies

Press roll of chocolate chip cookies into a cookie sheet. Bake t 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes (give or take depending on your oven). Cool. Cut into rectangles. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on bottom cookie and put one on top.
