EASY ROCKY ROAD ICE CREAM
 

3 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. chocolate flavored syrup
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 of 6 oz. pkg. (1/2 c.) miniature semi-sweet chocolate pieces

In medium mixing bowl combine whipping cream, chocolate syrup, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; apply tight cover. Freeze for 2 1/2 hours or until partially frozen, stirring after the 1st hour.

Beat the partially frozen mixture with an electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Fold in the miniature marshmallows, chopped walnuts and miniature chocolate chips. Turn mixture into a freezer container. Apply tight cover; freeze about 4 hours or until firm. Yields 1 1/2 quarts.
