2 c. flour
1/2 lb. melted butter
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Mix and spread in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. 1 lg. cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Mix and spread on first mixture and refrigerate 4 1/2 c. milk
Mix and spread on top of last mixture. Finally spread on 8 oz. Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
