1 1/2 lbs. round steak
4 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream

Cube round steak. Put steak in crock pot with remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high 1 hour and low 4 to 6 hours. Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
