4 or 5 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 sm. onion, diced Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot. Add the soup, but do not add any water. Lay the sliced onion on top. Cook on low heat, all day, approximately 8-10 hours. Season to taste. Serve over rice. |
