3 lb. rump roast 4-5 potatoes, quartered 2 lg. onions 3 stalks celery, sliced 4 carrots, sliced 1 qt. canned tomatoes 1 env. onion soup mix Put meat in 5-quart crock pot. Add vegetables around and on top. Put in tomatoes and soup mix. May add small amount of water, if needed. Cook for 6-8 hours on high or 12-14 hours on low. |
