Boil 2-3 chicken breasts or 1 chicken. Take chicken off bone and chip up. Cook medium pan of corn bread and crumble. To chopped chicken and corn bread add: 4 slices toasted bread, crumbled 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 stick butter 1-1 1/2 lg. onions 4 eggs, well beaten Salt & pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. sage, to taste 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
If you want to, may add celery or a can of cream of celery soup. Mix all ingredients together. Grease crock pot with butter and add dressing. Cook on high for 30 minutes and then turn to low and cook for 4-5 hours.
