CROCK POT ROAST BEEF
 

3 lb. roast
3 med. potatoes
2 carrots
1/2 c. water
1 env. Lipton onion soup

Cut potatoes and carrots in chunks and boil in water for 15 minutes. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or on high for 5-6 hours.
