4 chicken breasts, boned & skinned 2 stalks celery, chopped 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. curry powder 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, optional Place all ingredients in crock pot. Do not add water. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours. Store leftover chicken, broth and vegetables in individual serving packages in freezer to easily reheat. Makes 4 servings. |
