3 lbs. round steak, cut in serving pieces 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 med. onion, sliced 1/2 c. catsup 1 c. water 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. chili powder Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour steak pieces. Lightly brown meat. Place in crock pot. Add seasonings and remaining ingredients. Turn to low setting; cook for 8 hours or until meat can flake easily. Serve as steak on buns. |
