3 lbs. roast
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
6 whole peeled potatoes (if lg. cut into cubes)
5 cubed carrots
2 onions

Place meat in crock pot. Add potatoes, carrots and onions. Combine soup and soup mix. Add one can water; mix well. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cook on high 6 to 7 hours.
