1 pound pork chops (diced into bite size pieces) 1 can tomato soup 1/4 cup vinegar 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 can water 2-3 cups frozen broccoli
Cook pork in frying pan until browned on all sides. Add all ingredients to crock pot, including pork. Cook on low for 7-8 hrs or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve on a bed of rice.
