2 c. 100% natural granola 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. flour (can use whole grain) 1/2 tsp. salt Combine butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes (still soft in center). Can add raisins or chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. |
