1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy or nutty)
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
48 milk chocolate Hershey Kisses Combine all ingredients in a bowl except chocolate kisses and blend on low speed. (Do not blend chocolate kisses.) Shape into teaspoon balls. Place on floured greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Place chocolate kiss in center of cookie. Press down firmly. Cookie will crack and form a flower. |
