BARCLAY'S BRAINSTORM
 

3 c. shredded, cooked chicken
2 finely chopped celery stalks
2 tbsp. mayo
1 finely chopped onion
6 salad olives
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, chill. Serve over bed of lettuce. Serves 6.
