3 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour Mix together to make crust. Line small muffin pans (tassie pans) with a walnut size piece of dough. Add filling mixture until almost full. Do not over fill as they will over flow and cause quite a mess. FILLING: 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1 tbsp. soft butter 1 tsp. vanilla Dash of salt 2/3 c. pecans or walnuts, finely chopped Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen. |
