1 c. peanut butter (crunchy is best)
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Mix all together. Shape into approximately 2 dozen small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten by crisscrossing with a fork to about 1/3 inch thick. Bake at 325 about 10 minutes.
