1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs

Mix yellow cake mix, 1 egg and stick of butter with spoon. Pat mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs thoroughly with electric mixer. Pour over first mixture and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
