DEEP DISH BROWNIES WITH SYMPHONY ICING
 

3/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. In medium mixing bowl blend melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well with spoon. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture, beating until well blended. Spread into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely; cut into squares. 16 brownies.

VARIATION: Add 2 chopped Hershey's Skor Bar and 1/2 cup roasted almonds.

SYMPHONY ICING:

4 Hershey's Symphony bars (almond and toffee)
2 packs of Rolos (Hershey's)
2 tbsp. heavy cream
