1 c. brown sugar 1 c. sugar 1 c. butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 2 1/2 c. oatmeal (powder) 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 (4 oz.) Hershey bar 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Soften butter. Mix butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Using a blender, blend oatmeal into the consistency of a powder. Add flour, oatmeal powder, salt and baking soda to mixture. Freeze Hershey bar the night before, then utilizing blender, crush into a powder/flake consistency. Add crushed candy bar to dough mixture, then add chocolate chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. For chewy cookies, bake for 8 to 10 minutes. |
