1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 2ND LAYER: 1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows (miniature or lg, cut in half) FROSTING: 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. butter 2 tsp. vanilla Base: Beat sugars and butter until creamy; add 2 eggs. Fold in flour, baking soda and salt. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and butterscotch chips. Spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, spread marshmallows over base and return to oven and bake 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool bars and frost with frosting. Boil sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes until fluffy. |
