Oven temperature, 400 degrees. Cooking time, 8 to 10 minutes. 2 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar Dash of salt 1 tsp. almond flavor Apricot jam
Mix all the ingredients in your mixer, except jam. Take 1/2 heaping teaspoon of dough and form a ball. Roll in sesame seeds. Place on cookie sheet and dent the top with your finger. Place a tiny drop of jam in the indentation and bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned.
