1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg

Combine all.

1 1/3 c. flour

Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. Store in air tight container to retain softness. makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies.
