CHOCOLATE NO - BAKE COOKIES

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa

Bring to a boil and boil 1 1/2 minutes, then remove from heat and add:

2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
