Line a jelly roll pan with soda crackers (salty side down on lightly greased pan). Boil together for 3 minutes: 1 c. sugar

Pour over crackers and bake for 5 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 6 ounce package of chocolate chips. Spread. Sprinkle with nuts. Very unusual and very good.
