POKATCHELS (HUNGARIAN COOKIE)
 

1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
4 c. flour
Pinch of salt

Cream butter and sugar; mix well. Add sour cream and yolks; mix well. Add sifted flour, which has been mixed with baking powder and salt. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Roll out and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 5 dozen.
