1 (18 oz.) chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and vegetable oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Pat remaining crumb mixture into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 egg until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool before cutting.
