3/4 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. nuts Cream butter; add sugar and cream well. Stir in egg and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Sift together flour and salt. Cut into reamed mixture with 2 knives. Stir in nuts. Shape into small balls about 2/3 inch in diameter. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and roll for 20 minutes. Cool and roll in sifted powdered sugar. |
