3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. soda in 3 tbsp. water
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 pt. mince meat
3 c. flour, sifted

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add salt, soda in water, nuts, mince meat and flour. Drop by scant teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
